We will not be able to offer our normal returns policy on this t-shirt, we will not be able to accept returns and issue refunds on this t-shirt only. All products wherever possible, will be dispatched to you the next working day subject to credit clearence, address verification and avalibility of items. Sometimes we may need to make additional checks on your payment or address details which may delay your order, Therefore, we ask that you allow up to three working days, once your order has been accepted, for it to be dispatched. We will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

The standard delivery charge is; £:3.95 per order regardless of how many items are ordered.

Delivery will be made by DPD and Interlink within two working days of the dispatch of the goods from the Apple Bottoms UK distribution centre. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel, please e-mail us at: sales@applebottomsuk.com and we will ensure our couriers interlink and DPD send you a tracking number where you can track your deliveries at all time.

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to provide a specified delivery time or attempt delivery on weekends or Bank Holidays.

All deliveries require someone to be present to accept or sign for the delivery.

DPD and Interlink will make one attempt at delivery. After an unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, date and time of attempted delivery and the address of the nearest depot. They will then hold the goods at this depot for 5 working days to allow to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the goods; they will be returned to us. If Online Customer Services recieve no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus our delivery charge and the return delivery fee.

Europe

Standard delivery (4-8 working days)

The cost of delivery within Europe varies according to the location of your country. The costs of shipments are shown in the zones 1-4 below.

Zone 1 - 15.95 euro - France,Belgium,Luxemborg,Germany, Rep Of Ire

Zone 2 - 17.95 euro - Austria, Denmark, Liechtenstein,Switzerland

Zone 3 - 19.95 euro - Spain, Italy, Czech Rep, Slovakia,

Zone 4 - 21.95 euro - Estonia,Hungary,Finland,Poland, Portugal, Slovenia .

  • When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm and may require a signature on reciept.
  • Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier depending on size and weight.
  • Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed onto an internal post service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • We,re sorry but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.
  • If you aren't avalible when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up..
  • Returns

    Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of reciept of the item.

    You will need to email - sales@applebottomsuk.com for authorisation.

    Please include your original reciept in the returned parcel and complete the returns slip printed on the reverse of your dispatch note. Any returned items which are not accompanied by an original reciept with and official reference number will not be accepted.

    If your delivery of products do not fit and you want to order another size please place a new order on the website. Once we have your return of the sizes that did not fit we will credit your account accordingly.

    The product you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attatched. Please allow 5 working days from our reciept of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will recieve a confirmation e-mail once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 15 working days for the funds to reflect on your account.

    If an item is returned for an exchange, please allow 7 days for the exchanged item to arrive.

    It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that all postal costs for retuned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reiumbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

    Gift Card Terms and Instructions

    When you buy one or more gift cards on our website we will process your order as follows:

    1) Order online the gift card or gift cards to the value you require.
    2) We will email your giftcards the following day to the email address you provide us with when you register.
    3) To use your voucher you must select the goods you want to order but do not order it online.
    4) Just email us at sales@applebottomsuk.com and list to us the styles you want to order. We will email you a form to fill out which make it easy to order and email back to us.
    5) If you want to order more than the value of the vouchers this is not a problem as we can call you and pay the balance of the shipment over the phone.
    6) We feel this gives our customers a much more personal feel to their shopping experience. We only charge a £3.95 administration fee. Which is paid at checkout as our standard delivery fee.
    7) If you are left with any balance on your voucher this will be placed in our records and can be used on another purchase from us in the future.
